Scenery, Suitability, Style, Subordination, Separation, Sanitation, And Services
Frederick Law Olmsted said “the creation of a landscape is the interplay between human intention and nature’s spaces“.
On this morning stroll, we’ll examine both along a section of Boston’s Emerald Necklace.
We’ll meet at the George Washington statue on the western edge of the Public Garden – meander back and forth across Commonwealth Avenue – amble thru The Fens – and finish at TimeOut for coffee or lunch, right next to Fenway station on the Green Line.
Please bring binoculars.
